How can I place my order?

You can place your order:

  • By sending an e-mail to our email address kontakt@stampasi.chwith all the information regarding your order (product code, colours, sizes, quantities, billing information and shipping address).
  • By contacting our Customer Service at +41 912104035 - that will help you to place an order.

After processing your order (online, by email or by phone), you will receive within 48 working hours an email summarizing the order proposal to confirm.

How can I join you?

You can join us by clicking here and fill the form with your personal information. At the end you will receive by email all the information needed to join us.

Must I necessarily join you to place an order?

No. It is not necessary to join us to place an order. You can continue as a “guest”, but it is necessary to give us your shipping address and billing information.

I lost my password. What should I do?

You can click here to recover it. By entering your registration email, you will receive a new password within a few minutes.

Can I place another order to the one I have already placed?

Yes, only If we are still working or producing your order. Otherwise, we will create another order.

I need a quote for a product not listed on your website. How to do it?

You can send your request to our email address kontakt@stampasi.ch You must give all the details concerning the quantity, material and sizes of your product, An operator will send you the requested quote as soon as possible.

Can I delete an order?

Yes, only If we are not working or producing it.


How can I create my file?

You can create your file with any programme that allows you to save files in PDF, JPEG, TIFF format.

Which file formats are allowed?

Graphic files should be possibly provided in one of the following vector file formats: AI, EPS, or PDF.

Vector files of the sketch/image/logo to be printed is almost always needed unless they are four-color or grayscale images. In this case, a simple good resolution JPG - PSD or TIFF image is sufficient.

If your sketch/image/logo is in JPG or PNG format file or in case you are not able to send us vector files, our graphics will recreate it (if possible) and will send a graphic draft of your product. In this way the customer can verify if it contains some mistakes.

In case your sketch/image/logo may result too complex, the recreation service may have additional costs. Our graphic department will tell you the additional costs to be paid for it. Only after your approval will we proceed with vectorising your graphics.

I have a RGB format file. Can I send it?

For the letterpress printing, files are converted to CMYK colours for full-colour printing. If the file is in RGB format file, colours could not be the same as those displayed on the screen.

How can I to send files?

You can upload your file when placing your order or send it by email to kontakt@stampasi.ch.

Which is the maximum file size allowed?

When placing an order, you can upload files up to 5mb. For larger file sizes, we suggest you using WeTransfer - a service that allows uploading files up to 2GB. Then you must send to our customer service the link for downloading your files.

I have used the same file twice but the result is different when comparing the products received. Why?

We cannot guarantee a perfect match for reprints, some factors must be considered and may influence the colours on the printed material.


I need an invoice. Where can I find it?

You can download it when entering your private area on our website.

Can I choose a different shipping address from billing address?

When ordering, you will be able to choose a different shipping address from the billing address.

What does the date on our website stand for?

The date on our website stands for the date on which your order will be dispatched.

Where can I find my shipment tracking number?

When the shipment is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from the carrier to the email address you provided when ordering. There you can see your tracking number.

How much does the shipping cost?

Standard shipping is always free. Other additional costs for express shipping are indicated when ordering.

I need a Hold for Pickup service to storage my goods. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. You must specify it in the section “notes about your order”. Please remember that you can collect your goods only on working days. To check your nearest carrier headquarters, please visit the carrier's reference site.

A damaged pack has been delivered. What should I do?

If you see that the packages received are damaged due to external events, you must always sign the delivery receipt with RESERVE specifying the damage. If your packaging is intact but the products inside are damaged, please contact our customer care at +41 912104035


The products received are defective or damaged and do not meet the order specifications. What should I do?

In case your delivered goods are different from the order specifications, you can complain by sending an email to kontakt@stampasi.ch. You must specify your order number and the issues encountered. We will contact you after having examined your request. You can complain in 10 days maximum from the date you received your products.
